Using Stryve

Stryve is a fitness tracking app designed to help you plan workouts, track progress, and stay consistent.

You can use Stryve without creating an account. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Notifications

Stryve may send workout reminders and other helpful notifications if you enable them.

You can turn notifications off at any time through your device settings or within the app.

What You Agree Not To Do

• Break, disrupt, or interfere with the app
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app beyond what is permitted by law
• Use the app for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or services

We may stop providing access to anyone engaging in these activities.

Analytics and App Improvement

To improve Stryve, we collect limited usage information through analytics providers. Details about what we collect and why can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Stryve does not currently offer paid subscriptions or premium plans.

If we introduce subscriptions or paid features in the future, these terms will be updated accordingly.

Your Data

Your workout history, fitness progress, goals, and preferences belong to you.

Most of your data is stored directly on your device. We do not sell your data, ever.

No Warranty

Stryve is provided "as is."

We work hard to make the app reliable, accurate, and available, but we can't guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Stryve is a fitness tracking tool and should not be considered medical, health, nutritional, or professional fitness advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryve and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
